Indeed, it has been a while since my last post! Apologies for that friends. But happy new year to you all, can't believe it's 2021! I hope you are all safe and well. These are crazy crazy times, but amongst it all, there are so many things we can be thankful for. I've been reminding myself that everything is temporary and this too shall pass. But also to remain open and available to all that these moments can teach us.
Henry has been doing great, amazing us as always, but I guess I wanted to do another wee video update just to catch you guys up as a few people have been asking how we are doing!
